5. Operations and Finance Report : a. Update on TPI operations, including discussion of TPI contracts with the Texas A&M University System and University of Texas System b. Update and discussion regarding: i. TPI financial reports, including un-audited results for the most recent available month, year-to-date expenditures by budgeted category, and Fiscal Year 2027 budget projections; and ii. Board direction and approval regarding the draft quarterly report covering Fiscal Year 2026, Fourth Quarter, as required by Senate Bill 1, 89th Regular Session

9. Review of action items from previous and the current meeting, and discussion of agenda items for future meetings and important dates
