Information Items Related to Rules Related to Hospital Presumptive Eligibility Information on rule amendment proposed in the Texas Register in Title 1, Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Part 15, Chapters 366, Subchapter B, concerning the Presumptive Medicaid for Pregnant Women Program.
Regarding the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Rule Amendments Information on rule amendments proposed in the Texas Register in Title 1, TAC, Part 15, Chapter 354, §354.1602, §354. 1602,§354. 1633, and §354.1634 concerning the Texas Transformation and Quality Improvement Program and new §354.1637 concerning the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Program. HHSC also proposes to repeal existing §354.1635 concerning Regional Health Partnership Plan Modification.
